We have offices in Zürich and Antwerp (Belgium). To support our current growth in Europe, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will ensure that our customers will trust and rely on you to help them achieve their goals. You will work with our Enterprise clients to ensure they get the best out of our solution as of the start: from mapping their requirements and managing integration topics to providing training & advise on best practices.

What you will do

  • Planning, organising, and facilitating the completion of Customer Onboarding Projects, whilst ensuring these engagements are completed on-time, within scope and contractual obligations
  • Capture business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for the product team.
  • Act as a servant leader working in close collaboration with Customer Success Management, Product Management and Customer/Partner Project Manager(s) in order to optimise the Customer Onboarding experience, and increase customer trust in Oper’s products, solutions and services
  • Supporting Oper’s continuous improvements, managing internal initiatives and driving them to successful outcomes within the Customer Success and Customer Onboarding space

What you will bring

  • A proven getting things done attitude
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably on complex technical delivery projects in the banking or FinTech industry.
  • Proven experience in functional/business analyst in banking projects working closely with engineers in delivering software solutions’
  • You’re familiar with SaaS Implementations and technical transformation projects
  • You have strong team leadership skills, and you are able to manage internal and external resources.

Bonus points

  • You have primary experience working in the European mortgage market.
  • Prior expertise in a Pre-Series B Startup preferably in (Enterprise) SaaS.
